13 Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear Yahweh, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man.
22 Fear ye not me? saithYahweh: will ye not tremble at my presence, which have placed the sand for the bound of the sea by a perpetual decree, that it cannot pass it: and though the waves thereof toss themselves, yet can they not prevail; though they roar, yet can they not pass over it? 23 But this people hath a revolting and a rebellious heart; they are revolted and gone. 24 Neither say they in their heart, Let us now fear Yahweh our God, that giveth rain, both the former and the latter, in his season: he reserveth unto us the appointed weeks of the harvest.
1 Praise ye Yahweh. Blessed is the man that feareth Yahweh that delighteth greatly in his commandments.
10 The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of wisdom: a good understanding have all they that do his commandments: his praise endureth for ever.
7 The fear of Yahweh is the beginning of knowledge: but fools despise wisdom and instruction.
28 And unto man he said, Behold, the fear of Yahweh that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding.
14 Happy is the man that feareth alway: but he that hardeneth his heart shall fall into mischief.
16 Better is little with the fear of Yahweh than great treasure and trouble therewith.
28 And fear not them which kill the body, but are not able to kill the soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.
5 But I will forewarn you whom ye shall fear: Fear him, which after he hath killed hath power to cast into hell; yea, I say unto you, Fear him.
16 Then they that feared Yahweh spake often one to another: and Yahweh hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared Yahweh and that thought upon his name. 17 And they shall be mine, saith the Yahweh of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. 18 Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth Elohim and him that serveth him not.
2 But unto you that fear my name shall the Sun of righteousness arise with healing in his wings; and ye shall go forth, and grow up as calves of the stall.
11 Ye that fear Yahweh trust in Yahweh: he is their help and their shield.
13 Like as a father pitieth his children, so Yahweh pitieth them that fear him.
30 Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth Yahweh, she shall be praised.
23 The fear of Yahweh tendeth to life: and he that hath it shall abide satisfied; he shall not be visited with evil.
9 The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of Yahweh are true and righteous altogether.
26 In the fear of Yahweh is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. 27 The fear of Yahweh is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.
27 The fear of Yahweh prolongeth days: but the years of the wicked shall be shortened.
13 The fear of Yahweh is to hate evil: pride, and arrogancy, and the evil way, and the froward mouth, do I hate.
16 By mercy and truth iniquity is purged: and by the fear of Yahweh men depart from evil.
1 Peters 1:17
17 And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear:
14 The secret of Yahweh is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
7 I said, Surely thou wilt fear me, thou wilt receive instruction; so their dwelling should not be cut off, howsoever I punished them: but they rose early, and corrupted all their doings.
58 If thou wilt not observe to do all the words of this law that are written in this book, that thou mayest fear this glorious and fearful name, YAHWEH THY ELOHIM; 59 Then Yahweh will make thy plagues wonderful, and the plagues of thy seed, even great plagues, and of long continuance, and sore sicknesses, and of long continuance.
And Moses said unto the people, Fear not: for Yahweh is come to prove you, and that his fear may be before your faces, that ye sin not.
